A big week for Greta…her last chemo!

We were all holding our breath on Wednesday, hoping that she’d make counts to move forward with chemo without delays. And it paid off!

Greta was admitted on Wednesday, and began infusions that evening. Because it is her last chemo, Greta designed special t-shirts to give to her care team in appreciation. The t-shirt text read,

“Do Art, Finish Chemo” on the front,

and on the back, “Greta’s Geeks and Peeps, Explainers and Entertainers, and Little Oodelallys 2024.”

Everyone loved their gift, and posed for photos with Greta .

She was feeling good this (Thursday) morning, sleeping and eating well. She woke up briefly for a visit from a beautiful pup named Abby (photo), before falling back to sleep.

We hope she’ll be released on Saturday night, and then can focus on getting ready for school to start!
